The Emissary Spear Chucker
Sorry if this has been posted before however I was thinking of my Ritualist and using the Pre Release Items and came up with this.
The Emissary Spear Chucker or ESC
Ritualist/ Paragon
(NOTE: the paragon skills are subject to change however you can see the benefit of the build)
Spear 10
Communing 14 2+1+11
Restoration 12 2+10
Barbed Spear Spear Attack. If this attack hits, your target begins Bleeding for 5...13 seconds.
Stunning Strike Elite Spear Attack. If this attack hits, you deal +10...34 damage. If it hits a foe suffering from a Condition, that foe is also Dazed for 5...13 seconds.
Brutal Weapon Weapon Spell. Give target ally a Brutal Weapon for 5...17 seconds. The bearer's weapon strikes for +5...13 damage as long as the bearer is under no Enchantments.
Resilient Weapon Weapon Spell. For 5..17 seconds, target ally has a Resilient Weapon. While suffering from a Hex or Condition, that ally gains +1..5 Health regeneration and +24 armor.
Vengeful Weapon Weapon Spell. For 8 seconds, the next time target ally takes damage from foe, that ally steals up to 15..51 Health from that foe.
Weapon of Warding Weapon Spell. For 5...10 seconds, target ally has a Weapon of Warding that grants target ally +2...4 Health regeneration and a 50% chance to block.
Wielder's Boon Spell. Heal target ally for 15...51 points. If that ally is under the effects of a "Weapon Spell," Wielder's Boon heals for an additional 15...51 Health.
Flesh of My Flesh Spell. Lose half your Health. Resurrect target ally with your current Health and 5%...17% energy.
Pro's
Good damage output using Brutal weapon and you can continually keep up your weapon spells. Barbed Spear is a set up for Stunning Strike. The weapon Spells are excellent for casting on fellow allies as well as yourself.
Good Healing with Wielder's Boon for 102hp every 4 seconds on yourself or a comrade. And you can go Defense if you need it using weapon of warding.
You have no direct condition removal however there are plenty of Heals available for conditions. Weapon Spells cannot not be dispelled or removed, as they are not enchants. Furthermore allies can use your weapon spells so pass them out.
Req. Equipment
Emissary's Armor 60 (+15 when under the effects of a weapon spell for armor of 75 [82 vs physical]) Thus why I call it an Emissary Spear Chucker.
The Fiery Sunspear of Shelter that comes with the pre release would be excelent for this build
14-27 Fire damage (reqs of 9 Spear Mastery)
+5 Energy (Always)
+7 Armor vs. Physical Attacks
Offhand can be any communing or Restoration Focus items with +12 energy Mod. You might want one that adds a +30 health modifier and +15 energy with -1 energy regeneration.
The combo would grant 30+ 12+ 5+ 15 = 62 Mana You have no spells that exceed a cost of 5 mana so energy use is fine. So you can spam your skills across the field of combat on your allies.
